Best Sunset EVER! God is really a great painter!

Always be thankful

Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song. For the Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods. In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land. – Psalm 95:1-5

So Much Fun at DREAMPLAY

Finally, finally, finally!

Dreamplay is open to the public and this opened last March 31 and I'm one happy and grateful mum. I've been planning to go to City of Dreams for the longest time but I was actually saving it till Dreamplay opens! I checked the #dreamplay in my instagram last Sunday and I saw that there were a lot of people who went there already, so I decided to bring my baby G the day after since I am still on holiday. Perfect day. No traffic and less people lining up.

I actually parked my car in Podium and then baby G and I rode the shuttle in going to Dreamplay. This is actually free and mind you, the bus was uber nice and clean. It leaves on time as well. We were just 11 in the bus when we left at around 11:30am. It's like a 20-30  minute ride.

City of Dreams is beautiful. :)

I'll create a separate post on that. That is why I see a lot of people checking in either in Nobu Hotel or in Hyatt.

One nice thing as well is their EXCELLENT service. They were trained very well. They were so accomodating.

Our tickets costed: Baby G- Php 380. 00
Me- Php 380.00 ( I got this since I want to participate in their activities)

For ticket details, you can check their website here:

So here's our FUN DAY in pictures (heavy in pictures, by the way)

At the entrance

We lined up and paid for our tickets. They also got our information and encoded it in their tablet. High tech! I got the 2 hours but I should have got the 4 hours because it's not enough for us. I took note of the time because I was told that we will be charged past the hours we took. Next time, I would get the 4 hours instead because I missed the opportunity trying the other activities. Although, you can also extend if you like.

Random pictures below...

Wall Climbing- This part I truly enjoyed and I must say
" I tried" :) This is the only one I tried so that means we will be coming back.

And this part I really enjoyed! The kid in me was really, really happy :) plus the fact that they also have the free wifi.

Baking Class

Our Pretty teacher

Now in action:

The good part was we got to take home this ginger bread!

We checked out the food and ordered burger and fries just to have a quick meal since we haven't done that much inside. The ambiance in their restaurant was relaxing and drinks are unlimited. Nice thing that I liked is that they have free water in their vendo. I was expecting they don't since my experience from other amusement park is that you need to buy.

Cute!
As we were waiting for our order

Yummy!

My baby G and his wet hair because he was so much in action. I had to change his shirt because he perspires a lot.

and this is heaven :)

After eating, we were left with just 10 minutes and in passing I checked out their library and my baby G played a bit. I didn't take pictures anymore just to enjoy the last few minutes. After that we visited the souvenir shop:

What I liked about:

1.Free Shuttle - I don't want to go through the hassle of parking my car and traveling that much so I opted for this one

2. Excellent Service

3. Place of Fun

We will surely be back to have fun again!

March Random Thought

Picture from the web

Everything is fleeting in this world.
This teaches me to enjoy life and always make the most out of it.
Create memories.
Still, always be grateful.
Something good is always going to happen...

Romulo Cafe: Instagram and Pinterest Worthy

Romulo Cafe in Quezon City is known for their Filipino good food and cozy ambiance. Glad, I was able to try this restaurant together with my family over a special occasion. Just that, I took a different route.

Instead of the usual foodie picture taking, I chose to do something different and that is to take pictures of their interiors and even their placemat. I secrectly wanted to have the same designs that they have back at home.

Things like these are what good vibes are made of. :)

If these walls could talk :)
There were a lot of pictures displayed
and of course, very visible on these walls were Carlos P. Romulo's
pictures

and here's a blurred picture of their kitchen ( but it looks like they do not use it as what it should be but this is where they get their utensils)

My son G was very busy playing dominos. I taught him how to play the game. This brought back childhood memories ---- happy times! Include the pick up stick back then!

and my favorite picture from Romulo Cafe:

Yellow Power

Next time, I will take pictures of their food with more pictures of their interiors. It's a very cozy place that I look forward in going back because their food is good. Perfect score for their lovely interiors!
